Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk or non-dairy milk of choice
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 avocado, peeled
2 tablespoons 100% Organic Coconut Flakes

Directions
1Wash and prep all ingredients.
2In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients.
3Serve and enjoy with love!
If blueberries aren't your thing, try strawberries, cherries or blackberries. If berries just don't agree with you at all, sub a half of a banana.
