My absolute go-to breakfast or snack! How easy and fun to toast, smash or spread, sprinkle and voila - a delicious yummy treat that is sure to fill ya up too! I’ll toast to that.

Directions
1Toast your bread of choice (or sweet potato slice) in the toaster.
2Spread avocado slices over toast.
3Top with an egg, cucumber, sprouts, and seasonings.
4Enjoy!
My favorite go to gluten free breads are a 7-Grain by Canyon Bakehouse which you can get at Whole Foods or any major grocery store.
Pro tip for the perfect ripe avocado is to buy just when they’re about to hit their peak in ripeness. You can also take off the brown stub at the end and check the color. If it is bright green, you’re good to go. If it’s brown, put it down. ?
