Power Berry Smoothie

This smoothie will make you feel energized and powerful.  Talk about a smoothie with a purpose. : )

*Anti-oxidant, *Heart health, *Brain health

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup coconut or almond milk

1 cup frozen berries

2 Tablespoons sunflower butter

1 banana

Directions

1Prepare ingredients.

2Blend together in a high-speed blender.

3Serve and enjoy!

Sub out coconut milk for almond, rice or hemp milk.

Don't have sunflower butter? Try almond or walnut butter.
