Directions
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2Crack the eggs into a bowl with yolk.
3Arrange avocado halves in a pyrex dish.
4Gently pour 1 egg into the avocado hole. Continue spooning egg white into the hole until full.
5Repeat with remaining egg yolk, egg white, and avocado.
6Gently place baking dish in the preheated oven and bake until eggs are cooked, about 15 minutes.
7Sprinkle bacon, chives, and parsley over avocado.
8Season with salt and pepper.
