Directions
1Preheat your oven to 425F.
2Grease your 12 inch cast iron skillet, or any other skillet with 1 tsp of olive oil or butter and set aside.
3In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk together.
4Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix together.
5Place the mixture in the cast iron.
6Bake in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
7Serve while hot.
Skillets are super time saving. I make a variation of this skillet every Sunday and once cooled, I slice it up and put it in containers for breakfast throughout the week.
