  By Elyse

These overnight oats will be your morning routine dream come true. Just pop the ingredients (you most likely have on hand) in a mason jar, stick in the fridge overnight and voila! When you wake up the next morning, you’ve got breakfast ready-to-go in a jar. No mess, no clean-up required, just eat calmly and enjoy.

Mantra: I love feeling organized and full to start my day!

⅓ cup gluten free rolled oats

2 Tablespoons sunflower or almond butter

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 Tablespoon sprouted hemp speeds

1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

3In the morning top with fruit fruit or nuts.

One of my favorite brands to use for rolled oats is (gluten free brand) and Bob’s Red Mill. You can purchase these at most grocery stores.

You can either make your own nut or seed milks or I love to use Pacific Food's unsweetened dairy free milks (almond or hemp).
