Directions
1Put the nuts, flax meal, shredded coconut, nut butter, and salt in a food processor and pulse briefly (about 10 seconds).
2In a small sauce pan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in honey or stevia and vanilla.
3Add the oil mixture to the food processor and pulse until a coarse paste is formed.
4Press the mixture into an 8”x8” baking dish. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until the mixture hardens.
5Remove from the refrigerator and cut into 16 squares.

- Ground Flax Meal: Easier to digest than the seed, great source of fiber and helps with digestion!
- Shredded Coconut (unsweetened): Buyer be aware! Check the back of the ingredient label for added sugars. My favorite kind with great flavor and unsweeted is by Let's Do...Organic!
- Almond, Cashew, Sunflower Seed Butter (Iprefer Organic, but get what suits you)
- Organic Vanilla Extract
