These zesty flaxseeds crackers are packed with essential fats, antioxidants and fiber. Dip in your favorite salsa, guac or hummus and you've got a perfect snack that will keep your belly full and your tastebuds satisfied.

Ingredients
2 cups flax seeds
1 red bell pepper
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups fresh tomatoes
Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of fresh garlic +/ or ½ large onion, chopped
Directions
1In a high powder blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together.
2Add water if mixture is dry.

5The mixture should be 1/8-1/16 inches thick (the thinner the cracker, the faster they dry!)
6Dehydrate crackers at 115°F-125°F overnight and flip over once one side is dry.
7Dry to completion, eat and enjoy or store in an airtight container.
