Ready to blend up some magic? This tasty gluten and dairy free vegan nice cream is a healthy treat! The trick is the little bit of fat in the banana and the nut butter that makes this creamy delight freeze and blend up like your favorite homemade ice cream.

1 cup unsweetened plain coconut milk or alternative nut/seed milk
2 tablespoons creamy almond butter or sunflower butter
1 teaspoon cocao powder
Directions
1Put bananas, coconut milk and almond or sunbutter into a high speed blender.
2Blend slowly until smooth and creamy.
3Pour into two bowls and serve or freeze for 15-20 minutes and then serve.
F.A.B. Tip: I'm a fan of using full fat coconut cream or milk to give this nice cream a thicker consistency. Not a fan of coconut milk? Try hemp, almond or macadamia nut milk.
To add some pink purple color, I love to add Nurta Organics Beetroot Powder or some frozen berries!
