Berry Bliss Salad

Mmmmmm... this salad is easy to make and berry-licious!

Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries,

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

1/8 cup coconut (I like to use ‘Let’s Do Organic’Coconut Flakes)

1/2 lemon zest

Directions

1Rinse off berries and mint.

2Combine and toss in a bowl.

3Zest lemon over bowl.

4Sprinkle coconut flakes over berries.

5Serve & enjoy!
