If you thought butter couldn’t taste or be better for you, wait till you try this! Yummy on warm vegetables, brown rice, or winter squash.

Directions
1In a high-speed blender or food processor, mix all ingredients together well.
2Refrigerate in a small glass jar.
3This will last a couple weeks in the fridge.
4Use 1-2 tablespoons daily on cool, cold, room temperature, or warm food as butter substitute.
