Prep: 5 mins Cook: 15 mins Ingredients 1-2 chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste 4 Tbs of olive oil 2 Tbs of butter 1/2 cup white wine 1 large lemon 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/4 cup of capers Directions 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 2Brown chicken in a medium sized skillet with butter. 3Once browned, take chicken out and set aside. 4With the juices still in the pan, add in whine, lemon, chicken stock, the rest of the butter and capers.
