Cobb Salad

A hearty and simple salad.

Ingredients

3 cups any variation of spinach, romaine or mixed baby greens

1/2 cup cucumber, shredded

1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 chicken breast, grilled or baked, sliced or chopped

1/2 cup cheese of choice, this recipe uses a sheeps milk cheese.

Hard boiled egg (optional)

Bacon pieces (optional)

Directions

1Rinse and chop all vegetables and greens to desired consistency.

2Fill medium sized bowl with greens.

3Spread tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, and chicken in whatever order you prefer.

4When ready to serve, mix ingredients together.

5Serve with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
