Rad Lime Colada

This ridculously refreshing and delicoius smoothie will send you off into your own paradise. I love the creamy texture of coconut milk combined with avocado - and the zesty zing from the lime will make your tastebuds sing! If you don't happen to have pineapple, try mango or banana. If you do have pineapple, oh boy, will you be in heaven!

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen

1/2 avocado

2 tablespoons 100% Organic Coconut Flakes, divided

1 small lime, juiced

Directions

1Wash and prep all ingredients.

2In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients.

3Sprinkle extra coconut flakes over smoothie, serve and enjoy with love!

I love to sprinkle extra coconut flakes on top of my smoothie once I pour it into my cup, it's my version of sprinkles! 🙂

Juicy Tip: Make sure to purchase coconut flakes that do not have any added sugars in them.  Always read the  ingredients label or just choose Let's Do Organic Coconut Flakes.  You can pick a bag up at your health food store or Whole Foods Market.
