Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1/2 banana

1 apple

1 cup spinach or kale

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon ground flax seed

1 tablespoon gluten free oat bran

Pinch of nutmeg

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cloves

Loads of love

Directions

1Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
